Shipping, Returns & Queries

In the cart you will be able to select shipping options. Please note we do not make profit on shipping and we will only charge the amount our couriers charge, the system is live linked to the couriers so you get up to date pricing based on your location and product weight and dimensions. This way you have the best value for money shipping options. 

The shipping transit time does not include our processing time, which normally is next business day, however at busy times, or around holiday times, it can be longer, up to a maximum of 3 business days.

Please also note we ship by the courier service you request and pay for, and once the package is in the hands of the courier we have no control over their shipping times, or any delays which may happen due to their busy times or holiday closures.

Depending upon size, denier & weight of articles,  approximately 1- 4 pairs of tights with USPS are around $3-$4 for standard shipping, around $7-$9 for priority mail, and around $12-$18 for UPS 2day service. One day premium express overnight services are also available. The exact amounts calculated on your purchase will be shown at checkout before you enter any payment details.

Any problems with shipping, such as non-delivery, damaged packaging or missing items must be notified to us within 14 days of confirmed delivery date, which is available from the tracking information sent to you by email.


It's okay to change your mind. We take returns, unworn and with original packaging, within 30 days from order date.

Please initiate your return by emailing to arrange a return or exchange, entering your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange. We will take care of the rest for you, making the process simple and easy for you.

If you return without authorization we will not be able to trace your return and will not be able to refund you. When you contact us we will send you a prepaid shipping label, please do not pay for your own return shipping as we cannot refund that.

If you have not heard back from us within 48 hours, please send a plain email without any images or links to with subject 'Customer Services Urgent Reply Required', as could be spam filters blocked your initial email. Please be assured we deal with all emails promptly, usually same business day, but latest 2 business days.


New and unused means sale-able condition, these are intimate items so that means not worn, not marked and not washed. Returned items in unacceptable conditional will be declined refund or exchange, and you will be requested to have them collected.

Late Returns / Exchanges
After 30 days from purchase order date a restocking fee will be assessed (between 20-35%). After 60 days a 40% restocking fee. No returns are accepted after 120 days from order date.

Large Value (or Large Quantity)
Returns valued $200 or more, or over 7 items, whichever is reached first, made within a 120 day time period will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.

Returns valued $400 or more, or over 12 items, whichever is reached first, made within a 120 day time period will be assessed a 40% restocking fee.

Your refund for the cost of the goods less any restock fees, if applicable as above, will be made back to your original method of payment.


If there is an issue, please contact us at and we promise to resolve to your satisfaction. Unless we have been contacted it would be impossible for us to resolve your query. We pride ourselves on our customer service and ask that you give us a chance to make it right if there has been a problem. Sometimes spam filters block emails, so if you email us and haven't heard back within 48 hours, please re-email just as a plaint text email with no additional images or attachments, to  and please cc .


You have the right to initiate a chargeback with your payment provider, however we ask that you contact us first so we can resolve the matter without the unpleasantness, and costs, of a chargeback. A chargeback is no light matter for a small business, and the costs we incur, even when we win the appeal, are usually well over the initial order value, so you can imagine we would be very keen to ensure we resolve your complaint. We are committed to our mission of ensuring our customers are satisfied with their every interaction with us, we want you with us for the long term, and our customer service team will do their utmost to ensure the matter is resolved to your satisfaction.

Having said that there is a bit of a culture in the marketplace to click the chargeback before allowing a business to address matters, and sometimes the business has not been at fault. In such instances, where we are not contacted prior to a chargeback, and the chargeback investigation is resolved in our favor, we reserve the right to charge the fee charged to us by the bank, which is between $15 to $45.
